Laying of crude lacquer sprinkled with charcoal powder, hardening in the cabinet dedicated to lacquers for 24h
Installation of raw lacquer, hardening in the dedicated cabinet for 24h
Laying of intermediate black lacquer, hardening in the cabinet 24h with sanding between each layer, repeated operation several times
Manual mixing of the intermediate lacquer with yellow pigments for A and titanium white for B for at least 1 hour
Application on the pen and with a brush, scrape the lacquer to obtain the effect of grooves wanted
Hardening 1 week in the open and 1 week in the hardening cabinet with controlled temperature and humidity
Manual mixing of the intermediate lacquer with blue pigments for A for at least 1 hour
Installation of the blue lacquer for A
Hardening 1 week in the open and then 1 week in the hardening cabinet with controlled temperature and humidity
Repeat laying and hardening of the blue lacquer several times
Installation of upper black lacquer, hardening in the cabinet from 24h to 48h, repeated operation 2 to 3 times with sanding between each layer.
Working time: 10 hours spread over 3 months
