This Rossi Medioevalis luxury stationery of cream colored fold over cards have matching envelopes (sold separately) with a beautiful texture and delicate feathery deckle edges that showcase a distinctive Italian style and grace. The 100-count box of deckled cards are 4 ½” x 13 ⅜” and can be folded over to fit perfectly into the matching 100-count box of 4 ¾” x 7 ⅛” envelopes. What are Deckle Edges?

Deckled stationery represents old world craftsmanship. When the paper-making process changed in the 19th century and smooth edges appeared, the deckle edge slowly emerged as a status symbol. The feather edge is the result of the stationery sheets being naturally and carefully torn. This writing pad has a self-deckling top edge that's revealed when you tear off the page.
