Shipping

Our orders usually ship within 1 business day. All orders ship from our shop in New Orleans.

In the event of a backorder we will contact you directly via email to get your approval for future shipment date.

International Shipping

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Papier Plume has no control over these charges, nor can Papier Plume predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns

To make a return, contact us via info@papierplume.com or call (504) 988-7265. There will be a 7.5% restocking fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable. All returns must be sent back within 15 days of purchase. Our return address is:

Security

When our order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
