Description :
Laying of raw lacquer, drying in the open 24 hours to 48 hours, repeated 2 to 3 times
Laying of crude lacquer sprinkled with charcoal powder, hardening in a cabinet dedicated to hardening lacquers for 24h
Installation of raw lacquer, hardening in the dedicated 24h cabinet
Laying of intermediate black lacquer, hardening in the cabinet 24h with sanding between each layer, repeated operation several times
Laying of red dry lacquer obtained from lacquer hardened for several months, then crushed and screened, applied to wet lacquer, hardening
Application of black lacquer, hardening; Operation repeated several times
Polishing with oil and abrasive powder
Cleaning with liquid soap then with oil
Application of camphor-mixed finish lacquers 5 times after hardening in the cabinet by gradually reducing the proportion of camphor
Application of pure finish lacquer, hardening in the cabinet, repeated operation at least 3 times
Layer coating with oil and abrasive powders; Repeated 24 hours later
Nearly 20 layers of lacquer
