This Retro 51 Albert Tornado Gift Set lets you reward your brainy math and physics enthusiast with an homage to Albert Einstein. The gift set includes a twist-top Rollerball pen and a 1.15mm Mechanical Pencil. The Retro 51 Albert Tornado Rollerball Pen and Mechanical Pencil have a Stainless Steel barrel with a Black chalkboard finish that is decorated with White Chalk markings of Einstein’s famous E=mc² mathematical formula. Both have a lacquered finish accented by antique Silver trim. The smooth barrel of both rollerball pen and mechanical pencil slowly tapers towards the tip from a knurled top cap. Both pen and pencil have snug, springy clips. The phrase “Tornado by Retro 51” is engraved around the top metal band in a tornado-esque font. Twist the knurled metal top cap to reveal the rollerball pen tip or advance the 1.15mm mechanical pencil lead. The Retro 51 Albert Tornado rollerball pen comes with a Black ink cartridge, but is compatible with Easy Flow 9000 rollerball ink cartridges or any Parker-style ballpoint refill if you want to turn your Tornado into a ballpoint pen. The Retro 51 Albert Tornado Mechanical Pencil has a large White eraser on top that resembles Einstein’s shock of white hair. To refill the Retro 51 mechanical pencil, insert new lead through the tip of the pencil. Press the lead in until you feel it latch securely inside the pencil’s inner clutch mechanism, then twist the knurled top cap counterclockwise to retract the lead. The Gift Set comes with a pack of 12 extra leads and a tube of 6 extra erasers packaged inside a lovely graphic Albert Einstein formula cushioned tube that doubles as both a pen and pencil stand.
